For Tokyo-based post-punk band BED, I developed a cohesive visual world spanning vinyl, zines, logos, and music videos. In collaboration with London-based Hato Press, I art directed and designed a publication that extends the band’s narrative beyond music.
The project is built around a fictional future set hundreds of years ahead, where every visual element functions as part of that world. I designed custom typefaces and writing systems to reflect this setting, shaping a distinct visual language that carries across covers, publications, and moving image.
Each piece acts as a portal into BED’s universe, where I treat each asset not just as communication, but world-building.
